So has anyone been able to successfully set the L720 into diag mode and flash a prl? Just curious...

been using prl helper and flashing them sucessfully.. I'm not sure diag mode is necessary (unless i'm not understanding the question fully)

regards prl writing yes I did, you must enable prl writing look at this

then put a copy of your prl file into the internal sd.
then dial ##3282# you'll find a prl write command.
