I have no sound during calls..i can hear the other person but he cant hear me...he can hear me only if i plug the headphones in..

you could try to go back to stock and see if the issue is software related.
you could also run the htc diagnostic and test the microphone to see if its an hardware problem.
dial *#*#3424#*#*
for *#*#DIAG#*#*
select audio test.
on the first mic test..i can hear my voice but with high level baground noise..

that`s the only issue i found while doing the test..
now it works on speaker too...if i put the call on speaker the other person can hear me...if i dont have speaker on he only hear smthing like wind..a noise
