[Q] Tasker screen rotate task stop working

Hello,
i have problems with simple task.
I have disabled screen rotation generally and in tasker i have simple task to toggle rotation if some certain app is launched.
But after some time rotation stopped to working.
I don't know why, but i tried three another ROM and it's still same.

Any advice?

Please, forgive me my poor english.

Thanks for reply.
I asked for help on G+ community, but i think it is something what to do with Nexus 5. Because on N4 its works perfectly.
And after it's stopped working in tasker i can't enable it in phone settings. Just restart helps.
