So far this is the best work yet. Chrome works a LOT smoother than 2.3. I'll report any issues I find as I use it today.

So I think I answered my own questions. I checked build.prop and it is set to tablet UI. I also noticed that it appears as though it is set to be Wifi only. Line 57 of build.prop reads:

cgrom.3g=wifi-only

Both cameras do work. The only problem I noticed is that the front facing camera captures garbage when taking a photo, but it does work fine when recording video so it should be good with Skype.

If someone with 2.3 and working 3G can pull their build.prop file from /system/build.prop so I can know what the line from a working device reads I'd be willing to change it on mine to see if it gets signal.

Rear camera works for me. Also, I asked YNC once and from what I remember, ROM only comes with Tablet UI. I think he didn't have 3G so he couldn't really test it himself so he may not have worked on it.

All the cameras work for me fine. I think if you change the DPI, then tablet will change to phone. I forget what exact DPI that does that though.

I'm on 2.4 now but, I can pull mine for you later. I have a nandroid of 2.3 with working 3g
