Getting the KF2 back to stock...

Hi guys,
I struggling with getting this beast back to normal life. I have TWRP and CM10 installed, but I want the good old Amazon look and feel back. Is there any chance to achieve this? I've tried to flash an original image with fastboot, but it always gets stuck with WAITING FOR DEVICE though my device is recognized by "adb devices".
Help would be great.
