It's not usable. It's operable by a circle, seems like it's a SDK port or something.

Stuck :\

I get stuck at the Huawei logo :\ and freezes for 2-5mins and reboots/repeats any fix or advise ?

Touch is working, although that was when I installed over geno's demo without a factory reset. Rom was running VERY slowly though, so I did a factory reset, and am now in a bootloop. Still pretty unusable but looks like progress is being made XD Maybe look through geno's demo and see if you've missed something

1st try:Just installed ROM then kernel after that touch mod continuously in CWM but its not booting just stay in huawei logo for 1 or 2 minutes then reboot. Is it normal...?

2nd Try:After installing ROM i found some thing new
--installing:/emmc/u8800_cm9.zip
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installing update...
Random offset: 0*263

Install from sdcard complete.

The random offset thing is normal.

To dev: You should use different EGL drivers, the error could be in that.

installing new firmware MIUI or CM it takes about a minute right ?
and then a few seconds and then random offset
surely a few seconds the firmware to install ?

It is normal, believe me. For me, flashing ~100mb took less than 20 sec.
But if it does take a few seconds, it is possible it does not copy everything.

it is geno port they try to fix wifi BT and camera on over request

thanks work on this port but think not change still same problem

if dev success fully fix these four think's(camera, wifi, BT and root) i think it is best ics rom

get error as fallows:_

installing update...
format() expects 4 args,got3
E:error in /sdcard/u8800 pre-alpha 2.zip
(status 7)
installation aborted

*using @blefish recovery.img

I don't know how @faizan_950 got it working

I think dev has to look here for solution..just googled

Same here, also blefish recovery 5.5.0.4.

pre alpha 2 won't install and pre alpha 3 won't boot.

Tried pre-alpha 3. Touchscreen working, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and camera not. Feels great overall.

its like me... tried first the alpha 2 but got an error installing with alpha 3 can not boot :S
