I started having a very unique problem the last couple of days. My SD card keeps getting removed and reinserted randomly without me doing anything. I formated the SD card but still getting the same issue. Any help or advice?

Is there a way to remove the quick panel button?

It gets in the way of pressing the clear notification button.
I also find it redundant to have the toggle buttons on the notifications and the in the quick tiles.

any body having any audio related problems ? when i max my music audio it gets all choppy, it clearly doesnt sound right, and if its low, like less than half you can hardly hear anything

I have not used with headphones, but music via Bluetooth in my car gets distorted with pops and crackles. Pause & resume fixes it for a little bit. I disabled DSP Manager to see if that is the source.

also idk why but this rom changedmy model number from sgh-t999 to sgh I747
can some 1 explain?

    Build 4.1

    SlimBean 4.2.2 build 4.1

    I know we normally don't do this kind of thing, but given the circumstances with the CM display updates and the fact that new kernels would not be compatible with build 4, we pushed an update to address that. You shouldn't have to do a full wipe to upgrade from 4 to 4.1. Obviously if you have nutty issues then wipe, reproduce & let me know.

    I've also been providing you guys with an "addon" kernel. It's based entirely off CM's stock kernel with a few extras. The build 4.1 addon kernel has the following:
