apologies about this guys, ill repack the rom without the undervolt script in.

Or, if you donwload the rom

extract it
navigate to system,/etc/init.d
delete the undervolt script
re-pack / zip the contents
flash with recovery
Dont apologize - we are happy for your efforts!
Which file is to be deleted? "96Voltages"?

Skickat från min LT25i med Tapatalk 4

Is this the standard power menu, or is it just me?

The unspecified option seems to be "Reboot to bootloader".
I know I could use mods like Xposed, but I think a decent power menu should be "standard".

The power menu works OK there was a bug in the mod, which has now been fixed, ill get an update out late today to include the fixed reboot menu (cosmetic bug, functionally its still OK)

And have the voltage script removed, ill try and get some updates on apps etc in there too.

    Xperia V Supersport Jelly Bean

A stock based ROM stripped of unwanted applications, and modified under the hood for a great smooth user experience with sensible device tweaks. Created using dsixda ROM Kitchen and tweaks from Xperia related forums and threads. I have not 'developed' anything here.

Based on the latest Jelly Bean firmware for the Sony Xperia V [LT25i - 9.1.A.1.140 Central Europe].

Sorry about the wrong thread, but I anywhere I ask, I get zero answers. It's sad that Xperia forums is so dead. I thought at least someone is following this thread.

I got the 4.1.2 update few days ago, but havent updated yet. When updating, should I back up my images and apps? And should I even update? Can I root etc after the update? Haven't rooted or unlocked bootloader yet, cos I've done great so far, but I'd want to.

And another thing: where are all the devs on Xperia V? Coming from HTC Desire, it's very sad that such an awesome phone like this only has like 1 rom.

Ok, I'm going to be a bit mean to you now. Posting in the wrong forum, in the wrong thread, and asking questions that can be answered by some simple googling and reading is really bad behavior.

This is the development forum. You don't ask "should I backup". You always do a backup, it's a reflex.

Now, back to being nice. Cause I'm a nice guy, really. My advice to you is to unlock your bootloader, flash a kernel with the recovery of your choice, and do a nandroid backup. Then you can try out the update for yourself without any risk. You will find answers to most, if not all, of your other questions in this and the other Xperia V forums in 10-15 minutes if you put some effort to it. Good luck.
