Hi. I'm not tech savy, per say, so I'm hoping one of you can help me.
I recently, yesterday in fact, bought a Trio Mini Media Tablet from Best Buy. I rushed home, and put some music on it, only to realize that when I plugged in the earbuds, the player continued to play through the speakers. The twist? It plays through the earbuds, too. At the same time, in fact. I'm hoping that I'm simply an idiot, and I don't need to waste the gas of running down to BB and exchanging my Trio for a new one. Can anyone tell me what the issue is?
