mobile phone CASE/COVER been 23 days, expected delivery 18th september. it is now WAY passed that date. I emailed them a week ago and no reply. hence requesting my money back.

I forgot to mention, I purchased it on 2nd september, more grace period than required to send goods to me. even by EMS/ROYAL MAIL/USPS.
also my order status says it hasn't even left the country yet. I believe the site/order status page to be falsified.

For the Note 3 case, as it is pre-ordered, we will usually ship out the order after 2-3 weeks after the official release of the Galaxy Note 3 smartphone. All Note 3 cases have been arranged to ship out next week, could you please close the dispute so we can arrange shipment for your order next week?

overall I'm not impressed, especially the part where your customer service team didn't even reply to my emails. you chose to ignore it. so I'm not interested anymore.
and your first response on this dispute doesn't even have an apology in it, you know what it does have? excuses.
