Get yourself a heat gun or good hair drier, they now glue the lcd to the digitizer. Pain in the ass!
How bad is the crack? Wanna sell the phone?
May seem biased noe but I wouldn't recommend trying a replacement. I personally haven't heard of too much success replacing since the s3.
