Try flashing paranoid android... Or PAC. These two roms will make you crazy...
yup systemui on bottom is possible. And if you love gingerbread..try cm7.2 fxp build... There's an option there in settings to get systemui @ bottom.Now smile, will you?

unfortunately my bl is locked, I can't try these roms! Look for tablet UI (something like that) in xposed repositories. Tablet UI uses status bar at the bottom

Not compatible this app with ICS (JB and up)! :S
Serajr's System UI is not design to work in Tablet UI...that is why you got FC on it....
