The Screen Off can go only as low as phone allows. Its this value that's available on the General Screen for you to set. Screen off will override what you set on the General screen as lower value.I don't know if this would be the right place to ask this (if not I apologize), but if your screen off mhz is lower than your lowest set mhz, will the kernel just use the lowest available mhz or will it still use the screen off mhz? As well, will it use all the speeds below the screen off mhz or just the one?

There are several Governor parameters and Scheduler parameters you can tweak. See the Overclock/undervolt link in my signature. Its for this kernel.Happy with the screen time I am getting. Ktoonservative + row + UV 25 all across, everything else stock TW 4.3.
Thanks for the great kernel!

Sounds about right. Post a BetterBatteryStats Log or the % Discharge from that app.
Pull a BBS Log and post it that thread. What do you think sir Perseus? Im using Greenify and Clean master to hibernate and to clean ram. Is there a way to lower the android system usage? TIA! :salute:
This is what I have got today with your settings... I have done a full charge on the phone yet. I've been charging it when it was at 40% or 50% so tonight will be the first time I do that. Everything's the same pretty much, used your settings on Ktweaker. Sync is off. Wifi and mobile data have been on most, if not all, of the day. Started using less of it around 5-9 pm. Mediocre battery life I'd say with the screen time I got. Don't know how I can make it better. Suggestions?
liltitiz,
I've read the entire thread twice and there has been a lot of debate regarding settings for up/down thresholds. I was having latency and mw 86 suggested I increase the up/down threshold values. How does lowering then help reduce latency and increase battery life? Your answer will help a lot of us intermediate users.
