tried the CFS coutts seems smoother but then i got a random reboot when i connected the device to pc :/
gonna try your latest BFS as the other one i used was outdated

Yes it is, just copy the camera.apk from an older rom to your /system/app folder via adb. It's possible to have them both installed at the same time if they have diffrent names as in Camera.apk being the old one and MiuiCamera.apk being the new one. Hope that helps
I did it and it works. Tnx GU5TAF.
Now, 12.31 camera is enabled when i select video recording in MIUI camera, keeping the new white options menu.

New file manager with FTP service is the thing that "made" me cook a new version before 2011
I'm really loving that feature..no need to install additional software and MIUI File Manager is more than enough for quick file actions.. frequent USB mounting will be history for me from now on
There was a lot to translate but here it is... everything should be working fine (and more than that)...also, everything is in English
Please keep two things in mind:
1. This is a full ROM, not an update
2. Clean install preferred
Installation instruction for best results:
1. YOU NEED AN EXT PARTITION FOR THIS ROM!!!
2. Backup your apps..if you had previous MIUI version, use their backup tool
3. Boot into clockworks recovery and do a full cleanup (i always do data/factory reset - dalvik - ext+ format)
4. Install ROM
5. Enoy
