we'll do it even easier: you just mail kamarush your phone and he will put the new rom on it, polish the screen and clean the keyboard....

Seriously dude, some people put big parts of their life in developing for us, FOR FREE, and you don't even have the time to check this thread.....

"that" guy is really rude.. Its free, and obviously the devs are doing it for fun during their free time.. So its not appropriate to ask that kind of question.

Just to bring the thread back on track.. Anyone here knows how to enable stock lockscreen? The one with 4 ways of sliding?

Edit: sorry for the "rude" word.. No offense.

I'm on a Xperia Active

yes even i got that error, but then i flashed the ftf from this post with flashtool 0.7.0 and it worked..

http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=25164797&postcount=356

but i found it not very stable with random battery drains. went back to .64

No, dude i get the same error on my LWW even after updating flashtool. use 64 baseband found in the .62 Roms, it'll work fine. Cheers!

follow the post in my previous post. you can update LWW..

i read about all the battery drains and stuff....so i did not bother my self with the .70 baseband. I can live without camera flash and other minute bugs! :)

i just installed this rom....redoing my backups ryt now.
so, whats the fuss with .70 baseband....why aren't you recommending the .64 baseband?

it's a newer version, so everyone wants to try it.

i do recommend .64 since it is more stable.. if i did not see any difference in .64 and .70, i'd recommend .70..:D

The only solution for black screen now is .64 baseband..

Sent from my ST15i using XDA App

I get blackscreen on baseband 70 only if i put my phone on my ear, but if i move it away from my ear the screen displays, i dont know if this is an issue but for me i guess its working fine xD

That is how it should work.
It is to make sure that you do not "press" on anything with your ear or your cheek.

Is there a video review of this version? If no someone please make it. Thanks :)

You can pretty much find the ICS alpha review by Sony Ericsson, on Youtube. Not a real review, but atleast gives some peeks at the new features. It's also made with Arc, with Mini one you'll have some mismatch problems like blurry icons and such. But the ROM is to daily use, no big issues remaining.

Are you kidding me? About 5 Xperia Mini users (myself included) tried and reported that it doesn't work. Each user tried different things to try and make it work, posted reports on what the error message was etc. but no luck. E.g. upgrading to the latest flash tool didn't work for any Xperia Mini users (that have reported) yet.

What would be good now is if there is an Xperia Mini user that has upgraded the baseband to .70 can you tell us what you did?

Thanks!

I flashed .70 baseband via 0.6.9 flashtool.
1. Turned off the phone
2. Took out the battery for a few seconds
3. Pressed power button a couple of times with battery out
4. Put battery back in
5. Selected the baseband folder/file via flashtool's flashmode menu
6. Connected the USB while holding volume down button and voila it flashed the baseband .
