Hmmm... yes take down the link it will cause everyone lesser trouble. To compensate for that just post v1.3 first. I am really awaiting a fix man... haha... i was waiting for this saturday to flash a rom but... yeah...Good luck!
I agree, if there so many bugs it should rather be debugged and then posted.

I agree with above post.
I don't think these bugs would make this version unusable.
Apart from these bugs this rom is very smooth.
Instead just post these verified bugs to op so people can take an informed decision before updating.

Flah kpe-->Any other (i reccomend kpq)-->cfroot-->clean wipe(factory and dlavik)-->Flash the file-->Clean dalvik and cache

Wipe data (optional, do it if you stuck in bootloop) else just wipe cache, dalvik and flash 1.4.

Nope. ..it is not necessary for clean install from kpe... just a factory reset and install would do

Thanks. Looking "very" forward to your next release with all bugs fix... Honestly, I am very disappointed with this current release. I had higher expectations. Hope the next release will be more bug free and also better in performance.

I Also get this "bug" but it can be overcame by Settings -> data usage -> google services -> Restrict background data..
maybe anyone can describe how it can be happened??
I don't meet this bug at v1.3..

Attention!Always do a clockwork recovery / Nandroid backup before you flash any developer creation
KNOWN ISSUES!
- Video recording
- HW Acceleration in video (use 3rd party players with SW rendering)
- Native WiFi Tethering. Use third party apps
Instructions - YOU MUST READ THIS!Step by step- 1. Do Nandroid backup
- 2. Do a factory reset/data wipe (of course you can try to install the ROM over other ICS roms)
- 4. Install the ROM
- 5. Reboot (automatically)
- 6. Wait till full boot of your phone
Note: Do not Format Data after the installation of ROM. Just wipe cache and dalvik cache!!
