[HELP] Test AvatarROM on Nexus 5

congrats on the first build of hammerhead avatar.

first time flashing it,
1) boot animation is not expanding the fullscreen
2) setup wizard crashed on the first step (Welcome page) and went black, then it cycled back to welcome page and report a crash error. can't get over it at this step.

second time flashing:
full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik), install the ROM only => totally worked (still, the boot animation is not full screened)
tried the Updater to install Gapps, downloaded, install->FC->report crash
went to Recovery to manual install Gapps (later version), boot, being asked to choose a laucher (bazzoka vs google), chose google. well... with google as the laucher, nothing is avatar.

well. i'm done, the only reason is that I love Google Now at my swipe. unfortunately I only saw DroidKang and some stock derivatives have them.

no offense about Avatar, cuz I'm running it on my GNex still, KitKat now, seems saving that old piece

I'll test it. Or have you finished that??
