Carbon rom-xperia zl-4.4.4.(Touch Unresponsive when unlock phone screen)

Hi Everyone,

This is regarding the Carbon ROM for Xperia zl 4.4.4

Since, I cannot reply in the post (as I have <10 posts), I'm opening this thread for help.
I have been using the 22 built along with Gapps for over 1.5 months. However since I downloaded, the 24 built, and new 4.4.2 gapps, when ever I put the phone in pocket and go out on bike or simple go for walking , it will freeze in unlock screen and only solution is to reset the phone. I have also seen another user facing the same issue.
Steps taken
1. Complete wipe of cache, dalvik, user data, reinstalled the old 22 built along with gapps -still same issue
2. Complete wipe of cache, dalvik, user data, reinstalled the old 24 built along with gapps -still same issue
3. disabled pocket mode and turned off active display- still the same issue
4. at times when not in pocket, due to some reason when i touch and hold the lockscreen inadvertently, it froze(happened only one time)

However the pattern is If i put the phone is pant's pocket(which is a bit tight) when compared to shirt pocket, it freezes after 15-20 minutes(90% of time)
It never happened when put in Shirt pocket or kept on table.
I have also ensure that rotation is from 0-270 degree as well(0,90,180,270)
I think its due to new Gapps(since I have not installed the old gapps from built 22) or could be something else

Any logs which anyone would like me to post it to you, I will be more than happy to send u.
I will try to uncheck the dt2w feature and will monitor for sometime and check

Thanks for quick response.

I think i have the latest gapps(google play 4.9.13 and can offline search with google now as checked from the thread posted)
I have disabled the dt2w feature and since the phone will now wake up,it solves the problem for now
got a message from alx as well that he had tried to fix the dt2w feature in 25th built.However it bootloops when i tried it flash and alx acknowledged that it bootloops and he is working on it
just reminder:: It worked all fine and didn't have this earlier . It just started after downloading the build after 22nd

one more thing noticed:
1. when i download the android L theme for cm11, the "people contacts" showed all washed up as the font color shows white in white background
Anyone has this problem?

I use carbon pretty much all the time, and have not had that issue. Sorry can't advise you how to fix, but since you are using 4.4.4 KitKat...why not use gapps for 4.4.4?
Don't know if it will help, but I use banks gapps Which work perfectly for me, from here:
