I've built a custom MIUI version.
Currently I've only changed the apps are integrated.
Later all of you can say what I should add/remove.

can the media-scanner fix be also used on official miui? is there a problem with media-scanner on it or just your rom because its modified?

Yes, it can also be used in official MIUI builds
