[FIX]CAMERA + Flashlight FIX for froyo coming from 2.51

Well finally i fixed the camera, the problem was the devtree file from sbf, if you have a 2.51 and the resotore a 2.2 backup, and flash only boot, the devtree file is old.

-To fix camera flash this sbf from rsdlite.
-Flash light fixed: flash Flash light fix.zip fron clockwork recovery.

I come from 2.51 to jboogiebop froyo beta 2 and this fixes works for me, but it should work for all froyo roms if you come from 2.51.

-(Confirmed)if you come from 2.51 to froyo by restoring a nand backup, this fixes should work.
DO not flash if you come from(2.21 or 2.34).

Yeah, same thing on stock froyo, rooted with singleclick
Camera 360 also cannot turn flashlight on, and Mag FL...

Thanks, download will take more a hour (@64Kbit/s no broadband connection).

I will try it.


Could you maybe helo to fix the compass problem in MS2 and Cliq2 ROM.

On Cliq2 nothing. On MS2 east and west are in opposite.

well the camera works perfectly, and the flash works aswell although it does seem weaker.

On Cliq2 ROM no changes, rotation and lights work but still no compass.

MS2 ROM, rotation and lights no changes ok. Compass is a bit slow. Maybe it need calibration outside the flat.


MS2 ROM no cam.

came from 2.51, restored 2.2 backup then flashed 2.2 boot only sbf. then both your fixes.

did you flashed both fixes?
what version you had before updated to froyo?.
