Help =( need to flash ROM in my tab i957

i bought a galaxy tab 8.9 with android 3.2 , and after unlock and do various thinks , i have the recovery and SU , but i want to apply the Custom ROM cm10 unofficial , and i don't now how use odin much... so i see this treath http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1867579 but to be serious , i don't now where start , so if someone could help me i'll be really appreciated , thanks...

You download the zip file and then flash (install) it through the custom recovery, not with odin.

Ps, you should post this type of question in the general forum, not the development.
