[Q] Formatted android system, boot, user data, cache, sd card. Can't boot

Hi Forum

I need help with a huge problem. I formatted my android system, boot, user data, cache, etc. Now I get a black screen only written startext2 and stuck on it. It won't go any further. I have a rooted phone, with CW Recovery and I can use root.zip if any one have an android mobile that is

build number=zte-uqb7211_31_z25_fs_tsecf313b_14 so plz first of all power off his phone then press power button and volume up both button and phone start in recovery mode now from here select backup data when u finish backup the backup data will place on sd card kindly send me that backup folder so i can reset my phone ! Pls help !
Is there any other way to do this by cw recovery ? Or any other software ? Any help will be greatly appreciated ! Thanks

    You really wonder your phone doesn't start anymore after deleting everything???
