Hi Guys,

I've unlocked bootloader on my moto g(UK Version) , then installed 4.4.3 GPE,and updated to 4.4.4. Now i wanted to go back to stock motorolla rom(4.4.3 or 4.4.2).

I see a lot of people is struggling with that. Did anyone managed to do this? Can someone please post a guide? I really do not want to brick my phone for the second time :D

Thanks guys!

You can flash stock rom 4.4.2/4.4.3,if not,replace 4.4.4's gpt.bin to 4.4.2

I from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 and flash stock 4.4.2,it is ok,and then ota 4.4.4

Listen to the man dude. Your just rambling now, we can flash over 4.4.4 and Recover from a brick. Their are a few tutorials and let's face it, if you can still enter fastboot.. Your phone not really dead is it..
Just download 4.4.2 firmware..
And Fastboot Flash everything EXCEPT motoboot and gpt.bin

My moto g XT1033 from 4.4.4 downgrade 4.4.2,it is ok.

you can try delete fastboot flash partition gpt.bin, skip this command.
Thks for that. I still read for this problem.so many topics then i'm confused :(
So now, i will flash back to stock moto G firmware, without gpt.bin and motoboot.img, right? :D

Its touch and go to be fair, some phones are taking it okay. Others are having a hard time for some reason.. My advice if you phones booting okay at the moment leave it.. If you phone isn't.. You havent really got anything to loose.. There are a lot of people and they all have different experience with it one metjod may work another method might not..

Hi guys, I've tried flashing stock 4.4.3 on top of GPE 4.4.4 and it did not work. I did not flash motoboot and gpt , but i stil got error messages "File is too big" when flashing system.img_sparsechunk 1 2 and 3 .

If any of you have an idea how to resolve this, please let me know thx
