Thanks for the information. I reset my phone and it fixed the problems. I just hope Nokia releases the next update soon which brings back APN/MMS settings, as I cannot use picture mail

Just updraded my Telus RM-819 from the stock 11501. Worked perfectly. Sound quality in my Bose headphones is WAY better now. Haven't tested camera quality yet, and battery life will be determined (although I never had many issues with battery life before).

Successfully backed up and updated unlocked RM-819 Telus CA (using with Fido). Whole process took slightly more than 10 minutes.

Restore option appears in Zune.

Worked like a charm!

This is strange, but as I mentioned earlier in the thread, I was having issues deleting my IE history after updating to 12072. I reset the phone and it worked fine up until today, and it is having the same problem now

I would say that battery is the same as 12070. I think only the volume bug was corrected.

I agree with that. Can easily use the phone 2 days if 2G is enabled, but with 3G enabled the phone only runs 12 to 16 hours.

Is 12072 officially available in India? I am still stuck with 12070
