FAQ:

- How to set up notification panel: long press on the "..." icon on the right of toggles

Installation:

- Flash this zip via CWM
- Wipe data/factory reset if not comming from Galnet MIUI-v4, drZMIUIv4, or MyUI Euphoria.
- after a first quick flash (if comming from a BML base) recovery may bootloop. Pull battery and flash again (this is due to different SD card mounting points between roms and kernel)
- First boot will take some times, please wait for lockscreen

Versioning clarification:

Ceibo is based on MIUI 2.3.3
Delphinium is based on MIUI 2.3.7
Euphoria is based on MIUIv4
Build number for MyUI Euphoria are like that: m.d.hhmm, it means the rom has been cooked on month m, day d, at hh hours mm minutes

To the dev--u don't need scripts to mount external SD card....u have to mod the framework...... this should help you.

/emmc is binded to /sdcard/external_sd

editing /etc/vold.fstab won't work as /sdcard is mounted (at least on my device) after /emmc.

I think that the changelog in OP states it's 2.1.17 from MIUIScotland...

For better understanding (or not, don't know if I'm clear) about MyUI numbering:

MyUI stand for MIUI based, there is also MySam (Samsung), and MyICS. I think my "colleagues" already release some for I9000 and N7000.

Euphoria is the fifth MyUI generation, we had: Anagalis (android 2.3.4) Briza & Ceibo (2.3.5), Delphinium (2.3.7), and now Euphoria (4.0.3).

This MyUI Euphoria as been compiled on 2012, January, 22nd (2.1.22), at 9:01 PM (2101)
The baserom is Galnet 2.1.17, so the CWM script and System/about state "Euphoria 2.1.17".

If after your reports I update my rom, CWM Script and System/About will still state "Euphoria 2.1.17", but the zip name and post title will state 2.1.dd_hhmm...

If Galnet or MIUI release a new 4.0.3 rom tommorrow, CWM Script and System/About will still state "Euphoria 2.1.25", and the zip name and post title will state 2.1.dd_hhmm

I don't think I'm clear, let's hope

I can't feel any problem daily. This rom is being tested for a week now.

Runing 1h 35 min. and battery is @ 74%

Phone has been unplugged at 7:00am.
First point of this graph is @ 89% (I've plugged to check USB connection) , that make 15% with 30 minutes browsing in the basement of my company building.

I last the day without charge.

Runing 1 hour 11 min more with good network reception and little usage (checking tapatalk and gmail) and loose 3%:

I really don't care about android OS in this case, because battery drain is a little less worse than if it was not better

Think Android OS is related to LED2 blinking notification

(or not, I really don't dig into thats)

Thanks for replying so fast. I'm not sure if I should flash this over OneCosmic's RC3.1. Mainly because of the battery usage image you showed before. 25% in 1.5 hours is really bad

. Also, Bhuvan states that his rom has marvelous battery life, which I really want to try out. Also, is the Mulitask bar (hold home button) the same as Stock ICS? I saw a picture on the other MIUI thread which looked like the multitask bar and it looked different. Here's the picture:

I think there is misunderstanding about batterie life: mine drop 30% from 7:00am to 14:35pm.
I'm now @ 64% as I'm tapatalking in the subway.

You've read "unplugged since xx hours" in the screenshot. That is not "unplugged since xx hours when it was full charge".
Plugin in for USB transfer will reset time counter..

MyUI as about same battery life as MyICS (which is close to Onecosmic base).

You should try MyUI at home this evening to see is battery life suit you, then Onecosmics', and keep the rom that answers your needs.

And what a about the screenshot of the multitasking bar? Is that indeed the multitaskbar?

I want to try this Rom, but i dont feel like wiping and restoring everything later. I am also unfamiliar with miui.

Will take a screenshot of it at home. Native screenshot tool from toggles won't work on this multitasking bar (as you cannot expand notification bar ther), I need to take the shot with adb...

This bar works for me indeed.
