Hey guys. Anyone know of a cable that attaches to the bottom of the Tab and out puts a "female" ethernet port? im stuck at my desk all day and instead of wasting battery with the WiFi on the ethernet port is like 3 inches away from me. would be cool.

Ethernet is always faster than wifi.....always! My cheapo chinese android tab came with an adapter.

A 10Mbps ethernet line is likely to be slower than a very modern Wireless-N, but then again the real determining factor is the speeds of the actual internet connection.That being said, I doubt that any ethernet connection via the port at the bottom of the Tab is going to be faster than decent WiFi.
I had a cheapo Chinese Android tablet too - it also came with an ethernet adaptor. However, it was piece of sh1te so I gave it away!
