Better - SuperSU or Superuser?

I have rooted my Xperia - L using the method described here. It installs SuperSU by Chainfire by default. However, the other competitor is Superuser by ChainsDD.

Which one is better out of these two?
Or is there any better alternative?
Can I have both installed while using only one at the same time?

I like SuperSU but only cuz the interface is better .....just use the one u like....there is no big difference

because Supersu has no problems when you turn super su to notification off unlike superuser still popping up even turned off
