Hi, this is my son hp suddenly stuck ...below is the detail
I'm try to install back the stock rom but error...please help

You might want to edit the imei out first.

Regarding the issue, i believe this might just be an issue that the bootloader is unlocked? Just lock back the bootloader and reinstall the RUU

Also, you may want to try flashing the boot.img if he had previously flashed a custom ROM and wishes to stay rooted or so.
