Default boot from otg & htc one s support?

Dear XDA,

Nice that this is possible, i wanna order one for my htc one s, but i don't know if he supports it? Also i wanna ask if it is possible to boot from a sd card plugged in the usb otg cable? Has anyone tried that before, and is it required to root my phone for that? Thanks in advance,

Greetings

I change the Kernel to Franco Kernel and now it works fine, I just have some crash if I connect the 2.5 hard drive to a powered Usb Hub.

Try different configurations and see what works best for your device. I need to have my EXT. HD plugged into the hub and powered already BEFORE I plug it into my N7. Different set ups require different configs. Apps, brands, mouse, keyboard, HD, thumbdrive, micro sd, etc. And not all OTG cables are equal either! Sounds like you're almost there.... it helps that you're not an idiot like some of the poor souls that post their problems here. Lol You at least have your wits bout you. Good luck!
Cheers
