HELP no more tries left to put in unlock code ?

HELP no more tries left to put in unlock code xperia ion

i bought the phone and i didnt check to see if that was used up i got my unlock code and when i entered it nothing happened when i went to service info it was all used up

i am going to att with it today and see if they can help me but i am guessing not so i am here seeking help

trust me i did try and all now it nuh flash

so i get it to flash with the international firmware and here is the log

i flashed with att start and it didnt work either

i am guessing u talking the trash bin in flashtool... its not hilighted i cant click it

i only can click the lighting bolt, the arrowr and the open pad lock

no not the trash bin. when u click the lightning bolt, then u choose fastmode, then choose your firmware,upon choosing your firmware theres a panel @ right, check the wipe data.

i am talking service info / simlock mine look like this

[ ] sim 0

there is no more tries to put in my unlock code



@ Ben 36 i do use flashmode

So I used flash tool to try edit the simlock.ta file and I have no idea what to look for I am wondering if I get a .ta file from a other AT&T Sony ion if I can restore that .ta file with with mine and it helps or that may risk bricking a perfectly good working phone (just can't be unlocked AT&T is not in my country)

so i have no luck still i just need to sell this phone if i dont get a solution today so any one

don't think pc companion can repair that file at all

and I have flashed and still nothing

1. No matter what the program says do not connect the phone until you complete step 9.

At this point the phone must be off and disconnected from the pc.

9. Connect the cable to the pc but not to the phone, then while pressing and holding the back key (the one on the lower right part of the screen that has the icon of an arrow pointing to the left on top) connect the cable to the phone and keep holding the back key until the program says "the update of your phone has started..." (in some cases a message of "installing drivers" will appear before the message of "the update of your phone has started..." is shown.).

10. If the steps were not followed exactly the phone will turn on and it will request that you "proceed with the following steps, slide down the notification bar". If this happens disconnect the phone from the cable, turn it off and repeat from step 9).

11. If pc companion proceeds correctly with the update it will tell you to release the back key. Wait for the update to finish and follow instructions on the screen.

12. If you receive the message: “unable to install update components".

A. Close pc companion.

B. Install java from: http://www.java.com.

C. Start pc companion again and try to do the software unlock process once more

i took it from sony , when the same thing happened to me but replace x10 by your device's name
