Hi all Developers ,
I have a HTC One M7 developer edition ,
I have got my android phones bricked before but this bricked condition is totally different for me I can not push any file even through fastboot or OTG or any other method . I have tried to install ROMs through OTG .
I have twrp 2.6.3.3 installed , thats all no software or backup .
If I can push any rom to my phone I think it could be recovered .

Can you still get into fastboot.
download a file from here the matches your cid and model number
http://www.htc1guru.com/downloads/ruu-zip-downloads/
Then in fastboot write this command "fastboot oem rebootRUU"
Your phone should have a black screen, now place the downloaded file in your adb/fastboot folder
then input this command "fastboot flash zip file-name-here.zip
and your phone will be back to stock
