To get ics of your region, first downgrade to gb and after that connect to pc comppanion and upgrade
This is how to downgrade
1)- needed flashtool version 0.6.9.1 - download here and install it
Run flashtool.exe> Go to C:/ Drive > flashtool > firmwares > delete everything present and exit
2) download rom
Neo V - GB ROM
3) copy the rom to firmwares folder of flashtool
4) run flashtool> click on the flashing icon ( left side below "file" option) --
Select flashmode > ok
5) left side you must see your firmware name and content ,, on the right side mark boxes as
6)Wait for it to prepare and it will ask you to connect your mobile, follow the steps carefully and connect flashing will begin and flash
after finishing, switch on your moobile and connect to pc companion and just update,,, it will install the software of your region
