[Q] Removing S Pen Pointer & Incfreasing Sound

Well, I have been using several roms lately, some AOSP and some AOKP. I have decided to stay with the later because I love Andoid 4.2 and I just can't do without the group text messaging. There are, however, 2 issues I've come across. The first is the sound, my speaker used to be loud,, even with custom roms on AOSP it was loud enough that I could hear it from afar, now that's not the case. I'm wondering if there is a kernel that can be flashed to fix that. The second issue is the pointer that appears on screen when you have the S Pen close to the screen. I got my note mostly because I love to draw and I use sketchmobile pro all the time, however that pointer gets on my way and makes it really hard to draw or color, can it be disabled? I will really appreciate any help you guys can give me.

For your 2nd issue, turn air view off in settings on the S Pen to get rid of that.

Sounds is a known issue from cm 10.1
