It is working on CM9 like Nova and CM10 Hackfest and only that. You probably flashed it over CM10 with HW support
i tried hackfest, the same boot problem with this kernel. i dont understand it...

i formatet system, did a factory reset and wiped the dalvik cache, than i flashed hackefest. it dont works
from which ROM are you coming? Did you have the LG ICS before (new or old Bootloader)?
i came from cyanogenmod 10.1, i flashed no new bootloader, so i think, its the old.
