You can pull it from a 4.3 custom ROM or the 4.3 Odin tar file

Don't have a custom rom running stock rooted on nc1 sadly use to I'll see if I can't get it from the tar I guess

It's small and works great. I've had to use it on CM based roms and some aosp ones also. It's less than 1mb

you could pull one one from 4.3 custom TW ROM. Get what im saying? Just download the zip file. Extract it and pull clock.apk. any 4.3 TW ROM should be fine. Can be based on ML1. Doesn't matter

I know just was so much easier to install the apk and not having the crashing when I start up my phone thought tired to installed the apk from one of my old ose ROM zips didn't seem to work thanks
