Exclamation Mobile Network Doesn't Work! Please Help!

Hi, guys!!!

I have a problem with mobile network. It totally doesn't work!

On ICS or JB mobile network settings come automatically and you can start browsing immediately after flashig new rom, even I can register my account on the first starting of the phone.
On this mod, settings don't come automatically and I wrote settings several times after each flashing of this mod.

I tried everything:
flashed modems: ubls1, xxlrk, xxlso, xxls1 etc. ;
flashed on clear stock rom;
even clear kernel with script from xda-developers;

Everything is PERFECT in this rom!!!! Many many thanks for developers, I really appreciate for this rom!!! I have never seen before such fast and understandable rom!!!

But I tired with my mobile network problem, that's why I am writing here...

Wifi internet is working, I can make calls, send sms, browse through internet with wifi.

You need " apns-conf.xml"(copy/paste and set right permissions) from working ICS/JB rom and correct settings will appear like before. BTW,did you press save after you wrote apn settings?

may be problem that I live in kazakhstan and our operators don't support this rom?
