Please, could someone check if this problem --> http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1183800 still occurs in JVS firmware? Thanks in advance 
that means that minimum one more update is coming^^
they have to change gallery as court said that their only chance...

maybe they changed nothing because they know that with 4.0 in october! (the lastest date to change gallery) a whole new gallery is coming^^

For JVR teethering is working fine with Galaxian kernel (with Semaphore it was not working for me, I didn't try other kernels).

You will get WiFi not working with any kernel that is not JVS, because permissions have changed. I have a kernel and rom ready, if you want it, it will be available through twitter and darkyrom.com in a few minutes.
cache.rfs is big because there is an app inside also
firmware is good, and release ready.
Here is the download link of their rom XXJVS and custom XXJVS kernel without wifi bug :

Proof of concept:
So i don't have any modem installed, but i can use wifi without any issue ...
You should not always react as if you known everyting about anything
