[Q] HTC Radar HSPL2.5 F400 error

Please Help ! I read lots of pages in forum, but can't find what I'm doing wrong. I want to get HSPL working to able to instal custom ROM to use Nokia apps, witch are way better than HTC and Marketplace apps.

Phone, HTC Radar 4G T-Mobile US
Windows Phone 7.8 (pushed on update with seveneight tool)
OS Version 7.10.8858.136
Firmware vers. 1600.2200.20402.531
Hardware revision: 0002
Radio vers. 16.23.05.13_16.30.00.23U
Radio hardware vers. 2.16.0.D4
Bootloader vers. 2.5.160015.3(137079)


Here is what I did, I flashed using Goldcardtool with Y-cable, OMEGIMG.nbh. I think flash did not finished properly, it went too fast, phone rebooted to SPL , plugged in to PC used DFT_HSPL_WP7SG1_INSTALL, install finished OK , but when I boot up to HSPL mode it does NOT connect to PC.
(Using ROMUpdateUtility getting connection error (260))

Here is how my screen looks in HSPL mode;

Please Help, what I'm doing wrong ? Why my HSPL have F400 error ?

Problem fixed. After HSPL install needed second time boot to USB Host mode and this time radio installed correctly. All good now, time for custom ROM

Flash the radio also.
