If the problem is in the network - phone interface, this problem could be related to the baseband. Could you please tell us which baseband you have installed?

finalmente un italiano, grazie mille per la risposta, ho pensato anche io fosse quello il problema perchè nella prima pagina la versione banda base è diversa dalla mia, comunque la mia versione di banda base è: S5660XXKQ5

Ok, if i remember correctly, most of developers are using xxks2 or above. You should try installing giopro 1.4 or any other firmware providing a newer baseband(you can go to sammobile forums in the gio section, there you can find all the latest firmwares) flash one of these using odin (not CWM, Odin, this is important, as there's no other method to install the baseband other than odin), and then reflash all the packages (cwm -> cm7.2 -> cm9). I suggest you to go to the giopro v1.4 topic in this forum and follow the instructions.

Allora, non no so come risolverlo, in quanto non installo mai rom in una fase cosi' iniziale dello sviluppo, sono troppo instabili. TI traduco quanto consigliato in inglese nel post precedente. Fossi in te proverei a mettere la stessa banda base degli sviluppatori e vedere cosa succede, ma non garantisco chiaramente. Prova a flashare con odin un firmware con una banda base piu' moderna della tua, ti consiglio una stock 2.3.5 da sammobile oppure la giopro 1.4, credo vada bene lo stesso. A quel punto ripeti tutta la procedura di installazione, dalla cwm al pacchetto presente all'inizio di questo topic. Ripeto, non garantisco, ma a fiuto mi sembra una procedura sensata. Facci sapere se tutto va a buon fine. Mi raccomando segui tutte le guide/tutorial per le procedure, e' molto importante, altrimenti rischi di distruggere il telefono.

niente, ho provato a fare quello che mi hai detto ma comunque mi ha lo stesso problema, continui riavvii, domani provo a fare questo logcat, speriando i riuscirci.

Try to change your BASEBAND to S5660XXKS2. I'll try to do CWM package with this baseband ;-)
It's developer preview version, not alpha or beta. If you don't know how to dump logcat or you don't want to learn it, please, don't install this rom!
I know that I did not say that I want to learn, because I am the logcat I am creating. respond so do not understand why, it seems that only in the way but I just want to help in improving the rom, I know that is not even an alpha or a beta, but there is no need to heat up so much.

3. can't set time zone
4. the keyboard looks truncated

- touchscreen with multi touch (but it'll give alot of warning on logcat. trying to disable them)
- gps
- compass (please test)
- accelerometer for autorotate
- 4 pin headset + button (like from samsung)
- microphone
- root & busybox
- call & sms
- packet data with 2G(GPRS/EDGE) & 3G (UMTS/HSDPA)
- wifi
- bluetooth
- USB mass storage
- wired & hotspot tether *
* wired & hotspot tether use 3rd application. u can download from this post's attachment
Not Working:
- 3 pin headset (must have ICS source to fix it)
- hardware acceleration (our gpu libraries from gingerbread is not 100% working on ICS. and qualcomm isnt release libraries for ICS yet)
- camera (problem with HAL)
- FM Radio
- BLN (liblight from gingerbread is not working. need to recompile liblight with some modification for BLN. the problem is i dont have ICS source)
- find bug? just report it
