@Bin4ry thank you.

Use FastGSM or Davinci (I think Davinci can unlock it too, but better contact them on website). Or any other tool that uses "signature servers/EMMA".

My Xperia Neo 2.3.2(China version) with unlocked bootloader was bricked after 2.3.3 OTA update.

Managed to get it unbrick it using the first post. As for the S1Boot Download, I followed the instruction from dvpda.com/299/how-to-unlock-bootloaders-on-your-xperia-arc-for-neo-play-pro.html to install the driver.

Using the download from the first post, I first flashed it to the M15 3.0.A.2.181 HK version firmware posted in this forum.

Then I flashed to the Xperia 2011 Range_FreeXperia_ALL.ftf firmware(from the first post).

Unplug it, and power up. My Xperia Neo is alive again.

Thanks bin4ry.

So. i tried the guide.
Flash is good, i unplug the phone and then try to start. but still a black screen!

Is this because i flashed another firmware before i tried this fix? (it was away on repair when this fix came) :O

I don't think so. I flashed my device through wotan server after it died and before trying the fix and it worked. I think it would work until you hadn't apply the renaming fix. try again, maybe something went wrong.

Did flash 2 times more now with same results.
When i try to turn the arc on the green led flashes very fast and with a dimmed green light. and then i try to hold the power button it just does the same thing over and over!
I tried to remove the battery b4 the flash and after flash to boot.
But no luck!

Anyone got any ideas?

What is the output of flash tools?
It's a good idea to flash your phone using a third party like wotan server to 2.3.3, then apply the fix.
Did you send your phone to repair? maybe they did something wrong.

    Hi,

This will fix your unlocked Phones which got bricked through OTA update and are dead now!
    Please download this package:
MOD EDIT Link Removed at OPs request
Let it extract to a destination of your choice.
    After that run Flashtool.exe.

Now hit the button FLASH and select the package which is included.
Follow the steps and connect your phone in flashmode. This is the same mode Pc Companion and SEUS uses to flash your phone to newer firmare (Indicated by green LED), if you got BLUE LED you are in the wrong mode!
Flashtool will now detect your phone and start the repair.
After all is done your phone should be up and running again.

    ADVICE:
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTA'S ! If you receive a OTA message just decline, if you accept it you will end with a brick AGAIN! So please do NOT accept them until SonyEricsson provides a OTA solution for unlocked Bootloaders!

    Best Regards
    Team FreeXperia
