I did a factory reset and it just improved the phone performance. I started this thread http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=39483942#post39483942 describing the problem.

How can I do a full wipe in this phone? Also, will it void warranty?

Build date for vivo rom? Damn, I've just finished debloating and customizing the lagless SRF 4.1.2 and it's awesome.

where can I get that batty percentage in taskbar?
I have a batty app that is doing that, but I am stuck with original batty too :laugh:

maybe i will try better batter and see if it has the option to remove original batty noification!

i haven't looked into deodexing yet, running stock rom here on xt 925 -jb4.1.2.

What's the baseband of the vivo ROM please? More recent than the SFR?

I ended up downgrading to VIVO 4.0.4 and grabbing the OTA file earlier today, ~~it's as snappy and lagless as the SRF firmware. I'm keeping it since I'm a vivo customer..~~ anyway, here are the deodexed files if anyone wants it, and the 1% battery icons as a plus, just replace the SystemUI.apk with the one attached.

Baseband is 100700.220.65.33P

edit: Actually not that lagless.. disappoited after a day of use and back to SRF 4.1.2

Hi, here is my deodexed SystemUI.apk from SFR 4.1.2 Feb 4 with No Carrier and 1% battery mod.
Of course you need to deodex your ROM.

Is it working nice to you? I'm under Jelly Bean and today I had issues with it again. I was playing Subway Surfers with 3G on and it instantly goes to 38C degree and a lot of lagginess while playing. Cellular reception is dropping in places where I used to have good cellular reception. Is it normal?

Actually, I just restored my SRF backup. After a day of use, I found myself with the issue you described, some games were lagging and the stuttering was back in a few places.
My first impression was a little off after the day was done. I even tried it with srf kernel, but nothing changed. Srf is overall much more stable.

Which issues did you have? When tmy phone heats up battery instantly starts to drop... Also, when I lost signal it won't come back, so I need to restart the phone. Did you flash your phone back to ICS? I'm seriously considering to send my phone to be analyzed by Motorola as they don't provide any consistent info about my issues.

GB build

Has anyone here been on the orange.gb.en build? Just curious if I am missing a better build but I haven't had very many issues. The build number 9.8.2q-8-xt925_vqu-25 and the build date says thurs Jan 17 CST 2013, just wondering if I'm missing out on a better build as I don't see any talk of my build at all.
