[Q] my apps keep crashing

my phone is MTOROLA RAZR XT910, and suddenly almost all my apps started to crash when i tried to open them, sometimes i can open them but in the most of the time they crash.

I tried to reboot my phone, it worked normaly for few miniutes and started again.

I also tried to reset to factory settings, this worked for a few hours, but it started again now.
My android version is 4.0.4, please help me! i have tried almost everything!!

Why dont you upgrade to JB? it waaaaaay much better

thanks for the quick response.
well, first, I don't really know how to do it.
second, i am really afraid to get brick, there is no any way to fix it except upgrading to JB?
If not, how can i uprgade it?
