Has nothing to do with toads rom. Its the start of of all fresh installs especially with the modem included. Coming from an odin froyo just doesn't cut it

For MTD, I thought we were suppose to check the re-partition box?

"Uncheck everything except 'Auto Reboot'.
If you are coming from an MTD build, please check Repartition."

Not for just the modem. Only to go back to BML while flashing a full tar.

They are the same but you can downgrade and go from leaks with this one.
