To whoever wants to try this ROM on TF300T: after some search, I think that flashing this zip with any of the custom kernels you use for your device should do the job for you, cause it should fix all existing incompatibilities between ME301T and TF300T (due to the really little technical differences between the two tabs)! So let's try Beanstalk and report back!

Yes, seriously.. ;D If you read this thread: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2562620 you can see that there's the possibility to make exactly the inverse, because there is a compatibility pack released by @hardslog, which give ME301T the possibility to run TF300T roms (it's a kernel designed to substitute the one which come with the TF300T rom, allowing the few ME301T different hardware components to work with no conflicts)..so, considering that it's only a kernel matter, people should be able to try your rom flashing TF300T custom kernels, mantained here on the forum

Hello guys !!
Finally here's the update, I know that I took a lot of time but I've been too busy to build for me301t.
Anyway, there are many many new features and improvements in this update and it should be working perfectly even if I didn't try it.
Therefore please tell me if everything works as it should and if not please grab me a log.

@ectoplasma22 Here you have a logcat concerning the video recorder (it tries to autofocus continuously, when taking a video) and the video player (native video player only reproduce mp4 videos, not xvid) - hope it helps!

Very smooth

This rom runs beautifully on my ME301T. Only problem Ive found so far is the camera FC's.

Any chance for updates and/or possibly data2sd?

Just tried this ROM. Everything seemed to be working just fine on first boot after flashing. Upon reboot I got a boot loop. I was using the stock kernel with PA GApps. Any ideas?

Uh, really strange! Try to install geass or hardslog's kernel..here, with geass kernel, everything seems to work fine, except bluetooth which is a known issue on geass

Finally !!! Finally it's here !
I took some time (yes a really big time) but here's Beanstalk 4.4.4.007 which includes a ton of updates, of changes and of improvements !
This is IMO the biggest update Beanstalk has faced so go on and try it

Can't say many things about this update, just that I'm sorry it took that much time and that you should really try it (but don't forget to backup before).
Henceforward, I should be able to release updates much more frequently than before

Only a little clarification for the ones who update from an older BS version: take a backup of your /data partition, then wipe /data and /system besides /cache and /dalvik, considering this is a mayor update (if you dirty flash, you could face some bugs).. Is this right, ecto? Then it's possible to replace your settings and apps by restoring only your /data partition!

Edit: @ectoplasma22 no luck for me, after flashing with all the necessary wipes, I got a bootloop on Asus logo.. XD

This package is for "me301t" devices; this is a "tf300t".

Any ideas?

EDIT: Just realized that the TWRP version I installed from the OmniROM thread appears to be a TF300T recovery. Anyone have a link to a ME301T 4.4 recovery?

Open the zip, go under META-INF/com/google/android, copy the updater script in another folder, then open this file as a text file, delete the following lines in updater script:

assert(getprop("ro.product.device") == "me301t" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "me301t" || abort("This package is for \"me301t\" devices; this is a \"" + getprop("ro.product.device") + "\".")

and save the file..at this point, replace the original file with the one you modified, and you will not have that problem

That got rid of the error and allowed the install, but the device will not boot. It goes to the ASUS splash screen and stops, never proceeds to the boot animation.

Yes, I reported this bug in the post before the one where you was asking about recovery error.. @ectoplasma22, how can we help you to solve this? Or have you got the chance to make a new build? Any answer would be appreciated
