Has anyone had any experience doing this on a first try on this or any past phone?
Would like to know how hard it is.
I saw one video where the guy didn't use double sided tape on edges and had a huge bubble in the middle.
+ I would like the learning experience.
I did my fathers galaxy s3. Its pretty easy, use a heat gun (blow dryer would take too long) to heat up the glue under the screen and use an exacto knife or similar to pry the screen glass off.
Take your time because you can scratch the screen beneath it.You can use the same glue to mount the new glass screen on, just heat it up again and place on.
