Really nice to see a new ROM and more activity coming for this phone.
HTC is giving up on physical keyboard phones, let's hope samsung does NOT do the same

Awright....ics theme is looking sexy.

-some of you may experience, but the data toggle will not work until you set up an APN and reboot.
-you may need to push google search to /system for it to work in tapping search in home screen.
-if you zipalign all your apps, calendar app might stop working.
-voltage control is included in the ROM, some of you might find it broken...just reinstall. Also....if you use an init.d script for boot settings....it might not work, so system start-up service will be reliable.
-if you like the galaxy nexus wallpaper, you may not find it. I can't find it too, but there's a hot ZEUS wallpaper to try

So far that's it....thanks dman and the collective

EDIT: those are some observations after hours of use since this morning....

What's zipaligning app?

Guys sorry for the false alarm I really f*ed up. But don't flash until it is fixed, because I had to reformat my sd card because rebooting recovery wouldn't work.

Edit: I love google for backing up like everything

There is no app...but this Rom has the zipalign binary, you just need the script to run it. As I know it correctly, zipaligning apps will make it run using less resources. Please correct me here....

Zioalign is in the init.d folder and should run on boot...

The zip align binary will also automatically zipalign all apps downloaded from the market

no need to....the zipalign script included in this ROM does the job well, so you are good. The one that made the calendar app crash for me is my own zipalign....I just extracted the calendar.apk from the zip then replace the one that was crashing.

This is wonderful, but a few minors things.

As reported, the Calendar doesn't work, and it seems Camera does, but after exiting it, I get a message about android.phone closing unexpectedly.

I'm not familiar with Tw Launcher, and I don't see much in the way of skins, is that removable? The interface is sloppy, and it requires a restart of the phone to make ANY changes it seems.

Lastly, and this is just a request really, but is there a way we can get the menus themed to be greyscale instead of the "Tron Blue?" While I love the blue, greyscale allows me to change anything on my phone and it would essentially match, where the Blue only goes with... Blue.

Lastly, not a huge deal, but I don't understand the two "Music" apps. Can you explain to me what the first one does? Or are they the same?

EDIT: What are the chances of getting the main settings menu in alphabetical order? I'm surprised that hasn't been done yet, with all the iterations of Android, or at least an option to do so, because I'm one of those weird types like that. If not, no worries.

as far as i comprehend, One of them is Google Music (but doubtful for it access your device's files), and the other one is TW Music...

As far as I know unless you compile stock and use something like Apex launcher you can't remove tw.
Im pretty sure a lot of work went into the 14 toggles and theming of the notification bar and since this ROM is ICS themed it wouldnt make sense to make it gray.
Google Music, while themed nicely, doesnt include lockscreen shortcuts - something I need so i use tw music (the one that looks like disks) in the future though since google music is getting updates i think itll overtake my choice.

No offense, but I'll let dman answer. You seem to pretend to know what you're talking about when you really don't.

Dman, I also attempted to change the boot animation via the UOT kitchen and that didn't work. Lastly, is there a way to modify the "Wi-fi" "Data" "Bluetooth" etc. bar so I can set my fav five up. Granted, scrolling is acceptable, but it'd be nice to move them around if possible.

I don't think the kernel supports custom bootanimation because I added the collective animation when I built the rom and it didn't run... the kernel will have to support it. And yes I can had the holo grey look to the popups for a more ics look, but the text may be hard to read so I'll have to change it also.

Hers the quickpanelsettings.apk that will allow you to customize the toggles... just copy and paste in system/app and set permissions rwrr and reboot..

So everything that's blue will be grey? If so, you are amazing!

The bootanimation I can deal with. I somehow disabled it before, I'm sure with a little work I can do it again.
