Will the Note 3 get the battery optimizations that the S5 has?

I'm mainly concerned about battery stuff, but an update to all that the S5 has is the real question. I looked around in Google, but I haven't seen anything about an upgrade yet. Hopefully this isn't bad news. :-/

Anyone heard or know anything?
