That question has been asked many times, and I have answered to that question many times. Use the search and I'm sure you'll find one of them.
First you need sdcard from 2 at 32 GB and format these one (I'm using Kingston sdcard) / Cardreader PC for sdcard / Programs you'll need is (HTC HD2 Android Toolkit 18.104.22.168)...
First you take your datacable (original) and put small USB plug into your HTC HD2 and before you put the USB plug into your computer, press your volumebutton down and than put datacable into PC (you will see a colored screen green/blue/red and white) and down you'll see USB into white screen.
Start up Android Toolkit 22.214.171.124 (windows 7/run as administrator) and be sure you've turned off firewall for a while.
Now you goto wipe (TASK29) and click on that button and follow steps to click onto little square and press next, also next same as before and when running you'll see onto your HTC HD2 a block in the middle of screen from 0 till 100% (when not seen block till 100% or your PC gives a error-message (download then first before start Google Drivers HTC HD2).
When block into screen gives blackscreen after 100% upload task29 then press again volume down (before HTC HD2 starts automatically) and press with mouse also on PC after finished the first step and your HTC HD2 gives again four an colored screen and then you'll goto install MAGLDR and click with your mouse as you've used by uploading wipe (TASK29) and wait till upload block 100% and do nothing with your phone and screen changed into Cotulla MAGLDR 1.13 and you scroll (up/down) with volumebutton and scroll to number 5 into list and press green button HTC HD2 and go onto PC to Android Toolkit 126.96.36.199 screen and now you'll made next step and click onto PC with mouse Repartition (System Partition Size *350 MB* and your Cache have to be 5 MB and onto your PC you'll see a new screen and press next, next etc and the indicator block green colored does turn from left till right and your HTC HD2 you'll see a text with partition and wait when this is ready and your phone starts automatically and now scroll down till you see AD Recovery and click onto HTC HD2 onto green button for yes.
Now a new screen is loading whit words (RAW) in top of screen at your HTC HD2 and look a like scrolling down the same as (MAGLDR) menu and goto Advanched (click onto green button) and new screen you'll scroll to Repartition SDcard and (click onto green button) and change these Repartition SDcard 2096 MB and Swapsize 0 MB and wait till Partition is ready (be patient about 10 minutes when screen go's back) and then you make steps one (TASK29), twoo (Install MAGLDR both volume down *following steps* etc) and then again after steps ready press red button down until you'll see text above screen and made Repartition 350 MB / 5 MB (Android Toolkit 188.8.131.52) press red button off and take your SDcard out of your HTC HD2 and put these SDcard into your cardreader PC and copy or download the latest Rom 4.3 .zip to your SDcard and put your card back into your phone and turn on HTC HD2 and press red button down till you'll see MAGLDR 1.13 menu and scroll to AD Recovery (green button) and then click on Choose .zip file from sdcard 2 times and then you'll see your copied HTC HD2 Android 4.3 and click on these download and your download is running. Look out please! Choose when uploading .zip rom started you can choose for 1th NAND rom, 2th EXT to SD rom, and 3th NativeSD rom and choose the 2th rom and press green ok and rom started with uploading .zip program. After upload rom is ready you've also (save logs) at the end of downloading rom
Reboot your phone and run these new 4.3 Android rom.
Be patient please (uploading these rom cost time (about 15 till 30 minutes).
I'm also using a Android rom 4.3 version onto my HTC HD2 since 2 weeks and these works very smoothy and fine and is even very fast (internet, apps) and all programs/apps works fine onto these system.
