Sony Xperia U WiFi freeze after update to Android 4.0.4

Hi,
My wifi connection doesn't turn off after 10 or 15 minutes, and I cannot connect to any wifi. I need to reboot my phone to have more 10 or 15 minutes of wifi connection.
If I restore my phone to factory default, the problem is solved for one or two weeks...
This is happening after update my device to Android 4.0.4.
Can somebody help me?

n-mode with ICS

This happen with n-mode wifi. Change your router to b/g mode and problem solved.

I already read that in sony foruns, but this is not a solution... At home I can do that, but in my work or somewhere else I can't...

The same happened to my Xperia U. Every time i connect to an wifi network i have to reboot the phone to turn off the wifi.
From what i´ve read this only happens with the oficial sony ROM.

So does any one know a good ROM (4.x.x) for the Xperia U .. ??
