I realize that this device has the Remote PC app; however, I was trying to set up the LAN connection to my PC and the estrong app doesn't even give me the opportunity to add a remote server. No problem from my other devices. Is this part of Knox or the Samsung UI? This is the first device I don't have root on (12.2) and my first experience with anything wearing samsung cloak (had Google gnex) so not sure what's going on. Thanks for any help.
EDIT: I had no problem in Ghost Commander so I guess I need to contact the estrong team.
EDIT, again: I went back to the estrong app (I have an incredibly hard head) and after signing in through GC, everything (scan, add) was accessible. LAN connection successful. Don't know what that was all about.
